In a statement by the IDF, it was stated that numerous rockets falling on open areas in the Shumra region from Lebanese territory had been detected, and it was added: "An aircraft belonging to the Air Force attacked the launcher from which the rockets were launched in the Tir Harfa area and destroyed it. Additionally, an attack was carried out on a military structure where terrorists from the Hezbollah organization were staying".

The statement also indicated that combat aircraft attacked terrorist infrastructure in the Markaba area, a military building in the Eyta el-Shaab area, and a Hezbollah observation point in the Marvin area.
