Kallas: US travel restrictions challenge our sovereignty
Brussels, December 24 (Hibya) - EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, criticized the United States' (US) travel restriction decisions.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, made a statement regarding the US decision to impose travel restrictions on European citizens and officials.
Kallas said, "The US decision to impose travel restrictions on European citizens and officials is unacceptable and challenges our sovereignty."
Highlighting the EU's position, Kallas said, "Europe will continue to defend its values, such as freedom of expression, fair digital rules, and the right to regulate our own space."
