Regarding the Ukraine crisis, Lavrov informed his Egyptian counterpart about the main outcomes of the Russia-U.S. summit held in Alaska.

The talks also addressed ways to deepen cooperation between Russia and Egypt, strengthen coordination in foreign policy, and prioritize steps to expand trade relations.
