Saar attended the inauguration of Israel’s new embassy in Lusaka
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar attended the inauguration of Israel’s new embassy in Zambia’s capital, Lusaka. As part of the ceremony, steps were taken to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
Saar thanked Zambian Foreign Minister Mulambo Haimbe for his hospitality and announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on bilateral consultations. The parties agreed to enhance cooperation, particularly in agriculture and health.
Describing relations between Israel and Zambia as “an alliance among believers,” Saar emphasized their goal of further strengthening this partnership.
