Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan reopen airspace to civil aviation
Stockholm, June 14 (Hibya) – Western media reported on Saturday that several Middle Eastern countries have reopened their airspace to passenger flights.
In Lebanon, Middle East Airlines announced that it would resume flights at Beirut Airport on Saturday afternoon.
Several Middle Eastern countries had decided earlier this week to close their airspace to civil aviation following escalating tensions between Israel and Iran.
As is known, several major airlines suspended their flights to Iran and Israel earlier this week and have not yet revised their decisions.
