Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius highlighted in her statement the strategic partnership between the two countries and defense coordination within NATO and Europe.

Referring to the content of the meeting and the main agenda items, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said, “We had a productive meeting with the French ambassador about Europe’s security, increasing support for Ukraine, and strengthening European defense cooperation.”

Emphasizing the alliance relationship with France and shared goals, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius stated, “The Netherlands and France are working together in this field through close cooperation within NATO and Europe to strengthen our common security.”
